      always

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Create a cluster
2. add featureGate configuration in the HostedCluster CR, i.e. cluster.yaml
3. oc apply -f cluster.yaml

      Actual results:

      kubelet.conf not updated with featuregate set in the HostedCluster CR

      Expected results:

      kubelet.config should be updated with featuregate set in the HostedCluster CR

      Additional info:

      kubelet.config is updated with featuregate at the cluster creation time
