      redhat-support-tool is missing

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      4.13.x and higher.

      How reproducible:

      Follow the docs and the binary is not there.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1.Follow docs
2. Try to run redhat-support-tool, it's missing 
3. Try to install redhat-support-tool from repos

      Actual results:

      The binary is missing from the repos and from the toolbox.

      Expected results:

      The binary listed in the docs is actually available.
