Description of problem:
Missing information in cluster-wide proxy configuration in ROSA [1]

Info:
- It's not easy to see that there are 3 different endpoints that needs to be added to the VPC configuration. Put them in different bullet points instead of inline. - The endpoints needs to be configured as type `Gateway`. That is not explained in the doc, and configuring that in a wrong way (as type `Interface`) will cause the installation to fail [2].
