SNO installation issue with OCP 4.12.10

      Description of problem:

      I am using Red Hat Distributed CI to deploy a SNO cluster. It is able to successfully PXE boot the Red Hat CoreOS live image. When it reaches the step where the machine reboots and then boots from the disk, I see the error: "Boot failed: Red Hat Enterprise Linux" Currently, I am only having this issue with the 4.12.10 GA release.
