Description

We should rebase 4.12.z against the 2.7.1 version of CSI driver - https://github.com/openshift/vmware-vsphere-csi-driver/pull/81

We are doing this to improve compatibility against vSphere 8 - https://docs.vmware.com/en/VMware-vSphere-Container-Storage-Plug-in/3.0/vmware-vsphere-csp-getting-started/GUID-D4AAD99E-9128-40CE-B89C-AD451DA8379D.html
