Description
Description of problem:
DPU Network Operator uses sriov_config.json. This contains a list of hardcoded values representing the Ports (PFs) on the BF2 DPU. It is possible to determine these values on the system when making the key assumption that the DPU is not a server and will always be from a specific vendor.
