      This is a clone of issue OCPBUGS-11996. The following is the description of the original issue:

      Description of problem:

      Not able to convert a deployment to a Serverless as Make Serverless form in the console is broken.

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      4.13

      How reproducible:

       

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Create a deployment using a Container image flow
2. Select Make Serverless option from the topology actions menu of the created deployment
3.

      Actual results:

      After clicking on create it throw an error

      Expected results:

      Should create a Serverless resource.
