Description of problem:

The "Port access for the out-of-band management IP address" section contains the following phrase:

To ensure that the out-of-band management can communicate with the provisioner during installation, the out-of-band management IP address must be granted access to port 80 on the bootstrap host and port 6180 on the OpenShift Container Platform control plane hosts. 

Starting with 4.13, we have unified the ports, so port 6180 is now required on both bootstrap host and control plane nodes. Port 80 is no longer used by the metal components on bootstrap.
