Agent TUI should display message when the network is updated

We should display relevant information in the agent TUI box when a network update occurs to enhance the user experience. Currently, the lack of information gives the impression that nothing is happening after modifying the network configuration, leading to a perception that the provided network is incorrect.

1. Boot the created iso and wait for the agent TUI
2. Click on the network configuration and edit the network
3. Now deactivate and activate the edited network

The Agent TUI is not providing any information about the network changes, which creates a perception that the network is not updated properly.

The Agent TUI should display information about the network changes in the TUI box something like this "Network update detected. Please wait..."
