KedaController can not get deleted on 2.10.1-227

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Deploy CMA Keda 2.10.1-227  from stage 
2. Create KedaController with default config
3. Delete  KedaController

Actual results:
1. Deleting from CLI hangs
% oc delete  KedaController keda -n openshift-keda
kedacontroller.keda.sh "keda" deleted

...

2. Deleting from Web Console does not work

Expected results:
KedaController can get deleted
