In this page[https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.12/post_installation_configuration/machine-configuration-tasks.html#create-a-containerruntimeconfig_post-install-machine-configuration-tasks]] many examples of "increasing" the `pidsLimit` to 2048 are done when the new default is 4096 set by `podPidsLimit`. Setting `pidsLimit` in ContainerRuntimeConfig overrides the KubeletConfig, as setting setting one lower than another will override the other.
