Bootstap host can't get past the step 8/10

      Description of problem:

      Good day,

We did trigger OpenShift installation many times.
Every time the installation fails on 8/10 of the Bootstrap node with
"...
Host failed to install because its installation stage Configuring took longer than expected 1h0m0s.
..."
Other two nodes are "Done".

We need the OpenShift operational to load the IBM Cloud Pak services.
