incorrect Warning message in CI

Where we acquire a host from oficr we have

if [[ ! "$RELEASE_IMAGE_LATEST" =~ build05 ]]

the image name only contains "build05" for PRs, but not for periodic jobs

so they all have this warning in the output, we need to find a better way
