      Description of problem:

      There are multiple CVEs requiring rebuild of container-tools components with  golang 1.20.1, golang 1.19.6 and golang 1.20.3 or golang 1.19.8. I will attach references to this ticket. Can you please update golang to at least golang 1.20.3 or 1.19.8 or newer?
