Description of problem:
Test failure which, after debugging with Yanir, seems to be occurring due to the following change: https://github.com/openshift/cluster-node-tuning-operator/pull/562/files This change was made in relation to another open bug for 4.12: https://issues.redhat.com/browse/OCPBUGS-4194 It is important to note that the test had a naming change in 4.13, but it is still the previous one in 4.12: "Should have the correct RPS configuration"
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
4.12 4.13
How reproducible:
Consistently fails in the latest 4.13 builds, e.g.: https://prow.ci.openshift.org/view/gs/origin-ci-test/logs/periodic-ci-openshift-release-master-nightly-4.13-e2e-telco5g-cnftests/1636367503561068544 https://gcsweb-ci.apps.ci.l2s4.p1.openshiftapps.com/gcs/origin-ci-test/logs/periodic-ci-openshift-release-master-nightly-4.13-e2e-telco5g-cnftests/1634193166850592768/artifacts/e2e-telco5g-cnftests/telco5g-cnf-tests/artifacts/test_results.html https://gcsweb-ci.apps.ci.l2s4.p1.openshiftapps.com/gcs/origin-ci-test/pr-logs/pull/openshift_release/37024/rehearse-37024-periodic-ci-openshift-release-master-nightly-4.13-e2e-telco5g-cnftests/1635252825522966528/artifacts/e2e-telco5g-cnftests/telco5g-cnf-tests/artifacts/test_results.html https://gcsweb-ci.apps.ci.l2s4.p1.openshiftapps.com/gcs/origin-ci-test/pr-logs/pull/openshift_release/37202/rehearse-37202-periodic-ci-openshift-release-master-nightly-4.13-e2e-telco5g-cnftests/1635199084685955072/artifacts/e2e-telco5g-cnftests/telco5g-cnf-tests/artifacts/test_results.html
