node_exporter collects metrics for "virtual" network interfaces

      Before this update, `node_exporter` would report metrics about virtual network interfaces such as `tun` interfaces, `br` interfaces, and `ovn-k8s-mp` interfaces. With this update, metrics for these virtual interfaces are no longer collected, which decreases monitoring resource consumption.

      Description of problem:

      node_exporter collects network metrics for "virtual" interfaces like br-*. When OVN is used, it also reports metrics for ovs-*, ovn, and genev_sys_* interfaces.

      1. Launch a 4.12 cluster.
      2. Run the following PromQL query: "group by(device) (node_network_info)"
