      Description of problem:

      Action to Verify page titles for repository details page in Pipeline Pages can't be performed. 

In the pipelinesRun tab of Repository details, user should able to see the page title, like "git-hello-func · Repository · PipelineRuns · OKD", but currently it is showing "No PipelineRuns Found"
