[0] Newly created appliedClusterResourceQuota (ACRQ) is not showing correctly in the webUI, only stating "something went wrong" with the error "Cannot read properties of null (reading 'filter')" Screenshot Attached for reference.

[1] Usage and values are mismatched.
Globle resource quota shows 21600m limit.cpu. cluster resource quota is 10200 ms.

[2] The parameters are not getting updated on the web console.
we have changed values from yaml. but it was not getting reflected? for other resource quotas, it works.
