      Description of problem:

After upgrading FROM version 4.13.0-rc.5 TO version 4.13.0-rc.6, the cluster's thanos-ruler-user-workload pods in openshift-user-workload-monitoring are in a crashlooping state due to:

thanos: error: expected argument for flag '--eval-interval'

The parameter is present in the pod definition, but has no value.

Deleting the pod and letting it be recreated has no effect.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      4.13.0-rc.6
