When using the Agent-based install method, the root device hints now accept links in `/dev/disk/by-path/` as the `deviceName` (in addition to the canonical device in `/dev/`). This allows users to specify a hint that is both stable across reboots and consistent across similar hardware. (link:https://issues.redhat.com/browse/OCPBUGS-13081[*OCPBUGS-13081*])

In many cases, the /dev/disk/by-path symlink is the only way to stably identify a disk without having prior knowledge of the hardware from some external source (e.g. a spreadsheet of disk serial numbers). It should be possible to specify this path in the root device hints.
MetalĀ³ is planning to allow these paths in the `name` hint (see OCPBUGS-13080), and assisted's implementation of root device hints (which is used in ZTP and the agent-based installer) should be changed to match.
