      7/25: tracking 4.14 only here now - keeping critical/blocking for HP HW pending closure on issue or not (for 4.14) ; 4.13.z & 4.12.z backports in OCPBUGS-13138 (delivered 4.13.1) & OCPBUGS-16754 / OCPBUGS-16755 (don't know why there's 2 for 4.12.z)

After the read disk stage the cluster status turn to "error"

      Create image with the attached install config and agent config file and boot node with this images

      Steps to Reproduce:

      Cluster status: error

      Expected results:

      Should continue with cluster status: installing
