      Description of problem:

      An OCP upgrade from verison 4.12.2 on a dual stack hub cluster to 4.12.11, created issues with ovn-kube-xxxx pods going for continuous crashes.

      4.12.2

      How reproducible:

      Always

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Have an OCP version on the Hub Cluster with dual stack active
2. Do an upgrade from 4.12.x to 4.12.11
3. The upgrade will fail

      Actual results:

      Upgrade fails with continuous crashes on the ovn-kube-xxx pods

      Expected results:

      Upgrade should be successful
