      Rendering to PDF does not format correctly.

      How reproducible:

      Can reproduce every time

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1.Click on the PDF icon on the top right
2.Save as PDF
3. Open the PDF for reading.  Notice the pages with formatting errors.

      Expected results:

      Properly formatted PDF
