      Description of problem:

      The error "ValueError: None does not appear to be an IPv4 or IPv6 address" is causing a cascade of other issues with Kuryr with is preventing any functionality of the clusters in which tenants are actively deploying workloads.

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      4.12.7 (but was also seen in 4.10)

      How reproducible:

      This occurred within 20hrs of a code change introducing the cronjob workload, and completely prevented the Kuryr-Controller from running (Constantly in CrashLoopBackOff)
