      Description of problem:

      AWS tagging - when applying user defined tags you cannot add more than 10

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

       

      How reproducible:

       

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Configure userTags for aws platform with more than 8 tags.
2. Installer fails to add the tags while AWS supports upto 50 tags.

      Actual results:

      Installer validation fails.

      Expected results:

      Installer should be able to add more than 8 tags.
