      AWS EFS csi operator csv version is not correct on OCP 4.14, it is picking up still 4.13

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      4.14

      How reproducible:

      Always

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Install 4.14 cluster, and AWS EFS operator with stable version.
2. Check EFS csv operator version

      Actual results

      Expected results:

      The csv operator version should be 4.14
