customer/user does not have an option to modify the LogLevel for the RODO operator

      Description of problem:

      Unlike KDSO & SSO i do not see RODO has a provision for customer/user to set the loglevel

      Always

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Install RODO operator
      2. check runoncedurationoverride object by running the command 'oc get runoncedurationoveride -o yaml -n openshift-run-once-duration-override-operator'
      3. 
      

      Actual results:

      See that there is no way for customer/user to specify the LogLevel

      Expected results:

      Customer / user should have a way to specify the LogLevel.
