      This is a clone of issue OCPBUGS-11893. The following is the description of the original issue:
      —
      Description of problem:

      Currently, in lvms upgrade testing for both paths 4.12 -> 4.12.z AND 4.12-> 4.13, we are seeing the older lvms-rhel8-operator SHA image after the successful upgrade. The lvms build version is showing as expected but one of the SHA image is not the latest

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Install OCP cluster
2. Install and stup LVMS stable 4.12 operator
3. Upgrade lvms operator to latest 4.12.z or 4.13 version
