Opening this bug as an internal tracker

      How reproducible:

      ALways

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1.Create SCTP client and server on diff nodes
2.create INFW rule to block client/server traffic
3.Look for drop stats under ingress node firewall daemons

      Actual results:

      stats are empty

      Expected results:

      stats should be captured for sctp protocol as well like for TCP/UDP/ICMP
