Description of problem:
The OSD and ROSA documentation [1] [2] references the `oc adm node-logs` command to be able to view the audit logs. That command is not allowed in OSD/ROSA clusters. Sections "Viewing the audit logs" and "Filtering audit logs" should be not shown in OSD/ROSA docs.
