Description of problem:

ImageDigestMirrorSet and ImageTagMirrorSet are supported since OCP 4.13, we should remove the related description and add ICSP since OCP 4.8. https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.8/support/troubleshooting/troubleshooting-operator-issues.html#troubleshooting-disabling-autoreboot-mco_troubleshooting-operator-issues 

When the MCO detects changes to the /etc/containers/registries.conf file, such as adding or editing an ImageDigestMirrorSet or ImageTagMirrorSet object, it drains the corresponding nodes, applies the changes, and uncordons the nodes.The node drain does not happen for the following changes:
