has a broken link to https://github.com/openshift/pipelines-tutorial/tree/pipelines-1.9 which gives a 404 error

I'm not sure that Github repos are actually supposed to be linked to from OpenShift docs anyway, but if so, the links should be checked and maintained to ensure that they work and are up to date.
