      Description of problem:

      To fix OCPBUGS-11374 we lowered the minimum version of the selinux-policy dependency temporarily. That change allows RPMs built on post-beta 9.2 systems to run on earlier versions, but also means that upgraded systems may end up running with old policies. We need to revert that change once RHEL 9.2 is GA.
