Description of problem: When installing a helm chart with a pre-install Job that takes a while (longer than 30s) the OpenShift UI developer perspective shows a gateway error. I can move past this by attaching the timeout annotation to the console route in namespace openshift-config, but per the documentation[1] adding annotations to operator-managed routes is not supported.

I did not see a way to configure this timeout in the Console CRD.
