      Description of problem:

      - Customer impacted by https://issues.redhat.com/browse/OCPBUGSM-44679 which is described under https://access.redhat.com/solutions/6990303 is geting a lot of events like the following one

openshift-multus Warning   ErrorAddingLogicalPort pod/ip-reconciler-xx     failed to ensurePod openshift-multus/ip-reconciler-xx since it is not yet scheduled

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      -  4.10.21

      Expected results:

      Get a fix for remove those warning events as it has been done in 4.11 onwards, but for their specific (4.10.x) version.
