Description of problem:
Check on Nodes table page, the "Column Management" icon doesn't show up
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
4.13.0-rc.0
How reproducible:
Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Login console of an Edge cluster, go to Compute->Nodes page, check Column Management function. 2. 3.
Actual results:
1. There is no Column Management icon shown on the page.
Expected results:
1. Should show Column Management for Nodes table.
Additional info:
The Column Management shows up on nodes page for normal cluster.
