The output msg is not exact about ocp version, it will make customer feel confuse:

6. Ensure that the Bare Metal Operator is available by running the following command:

the VERSION 4.11.3 should be 4.10.x,

this issue affect 4.10/4.9/4.8, feel free to fix it, because 4.8 is not supported officially for out of date.
