      Description of problem:

      The links provided in the oc create -f https://raw.githubusercontent.com/openshift/pipelines-tutorial/pipelines-1.9/01_pipeline/01_apply_manifest_task.yaml
oc create -f https://raw.githubusercontent.com/openshift/pipelines-tutorial/pipelines-1.9/01_pipeline/02_update_deployment_task.yaml

do not work. They return a 404 Not Found error

      1. Open a web browser
2. Add URL
3. See error

      404

      Expected results:

      A yaml file should be at these URL's
