MetalLB operator doesnt show up when disconnected env is selected in operator hub

      As suggested in the below document, when I select  Disconnected environment and search for MetalLB, It doesn't show up for 4.9 as well as 4.11.

      For, 4.11 the information about selecting the MetalLB operator for disconnected env is not given for which I have created a bug as well.
