there is an example of how to get the ImageContentSources from 'oc adm release mirror'.
We should also add an example of how to get it from oc-mirror since its quite different.
When oc-mirror is run it stores the ImageContentSources in the results directory in the imageContentSourcePolicy.yaml file.
