      I could not install SNO with agent install and IPv4 stuck on network configuration prompt in loop

      How reproducible:

      Install SNO with attached install-config.yaml and agent-config.yaml

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1.Install SNO with attached install-config.yaml and agent-config.yaml

      Actual results:

      Stuck on attached prompt

      Expected results:

      No prompt should appear, or at least it should end after the count down
