Description of problem: Installation steps (1) Create roles(2)

1) In the Installation steps, tenantID is no longer necessary. Now that Loki 5.6 is available and the version of Loki that the NO Operator supports, tenantID no longer needs to be specified. 
2) Typo: Imoport -> Import
