Note: I need below workable to verify and close bugs I'm raising for OpenShift in this JIRA.

1. Have Dev sandbox working (could be irrelevant here, but that is only thing I have so far on OpenShift side)
2. Try to follow 'Install OpenShift on a Single Node' guide: https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.12/installing/installing_sno/install-sno-installing-sno.html
3. Open referenced Pull Secret link: https://console.redhat.com/openshift/install/pull-secret
4. Copy and save that and follow steps related to install-config.yaml and pullSecret setting in it.
5. During bootstrap trying to get such - fails on authentication:
$ sudo /usr/local/bin/release-image-download.sh
Pulling registry.ci.openshift.org/ocp/release@sha256:5e137a088274c219a9fcf141ec1a60d13851f7e63025571b8075233299f651e0...
Error: initializing source docker://registry.ci.openshift.org/ocp/release@sha256:5e137a088274c219a9fcf141ec1a60d13851f7e63025571b8075233299f651e0: reading manifest sha256:5e137a088274c219a9fcf141ec1a60d13851f7e63025571b8075233299f651e0 in registry.ci.openshift.org/ocp/release: authentication required
6. In above copied pull request - there is no authentication to registry.ci.openshift.org
7. I wanted to evaluate such nightly release:
$ ./openshift-install version
./openshift-install 4.14.0-0.nightly-2023-03-19-234132
built from commit 4d694bf9f70c1e705f84cddf08e66abea07404ef
