      The microshift logs contain a lot of messages like:

sysconfwatch-controller I0303 16:17:00.283316   32137 net.go:41] ovn gateway IP address: 192.168.64.9

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      main branch

      How reproducible:

      always

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. journalctl -f -u microshift | grep sysconfwatch-controller

      Actual results:

      Many lines like

sysconfwatch-controller I0303 16:17:00.283316   32137 net.go:41] ovn gateway IP address: 192.168.64.9

      Expected results:

      One line like

sysconfwatch-controller I0303 16:17:00.283316   32137 net.go:41] ovn gateway IP address: 192.168.64.9

each time the IP address changes
