Steps to Reproduce:
1.For main, 4.13, and 4.12, change the format of the code in step 1 to match that in version 4.11.
2. Change step 1 text to 'Use the 'oc adm' command to extract the image URL of the 'driver-toolkit' corresponding to a certain release.' (all versions)
3. Change step 2 text to 'Obtain this image using a valid pull secret, such as the pull secret required to install {product-title}.' (all versions)
Actual results:
1. Code block in correct format across versions 2. Sentences changed from passive > active tense.
