A link to the documentation [1] or to KCS [2] can be added to the "OpenShift evaluation expiration date" and "60-day OpenShift evaluation has expired" alerts in the OCM web console to guide users to solve the issue. That could help to reduce the cases related to that (there are several ones linked to the KCS [2]).
