Currently we prompt users with a confirmation pop-up if they try to cancel or delete their cluster as well as when they try to exit the wizard. We should ask the user for feedback in these cases with some pre-defined options and an free-text field. We need to make this as seamless for the user so that they don't need to deal with multiple steps or clicks and are not forced to provide feedback. We have a mockup that is almost finalized that addresses all of these requirements.
