      Create RTL unit tests which test the various radiobutton and checkbox combinations on the Networking wizard step.  

      Test cases to cover:

      1. OSD wizard, billing models:
        1. CCS - AWS
        2. CCS - GCP
        3. RH Account
      2. Rosa wizard
        1. Standalone
        2. Hosted/Hypershift

      Test various combinations of Public and Private radiobuttons and their effect on the three VPC checkboxes.   

      Test selection of sub-checkboxes select and disable parent checkbox.
