We need to allow users to rotate their pull secrets. This is typically going to be used in cases where the user's pull secrets have been compromised and/or shared publicly.

We will need a UX design for this. We currently don't have a single place where we direct users to manage their pull secrets. The pull secrets can be generated from a number of pages (essentially all OCP installation pages). We will need to determine a common place for users to fetch/rotate their pull secrets.
