Description of problem:

After add a new null line node label, user cannot go to next page without any error message

Steps to Reproduce:

1.Go to ROSA creation wizard and fulfill some required items

2.Input some node labels in the 'Machine pool' tab

3.Add a new null line of node labels

Actual result:

User cannot to go the next page without any error message

Expect result:

Clear message display on the page
